Rihanna's recent concert in Israel is making some fans wonder if the pop star is keeping up with her current events and geography.
The singer's "Diamonds" world tour stopped in Tel Aviv on Tuesday night and, according to local reports, she decided to give a shoutout to Palestine while performing her new single "Pour It Up."
A review on Haaretz.com claims Rihanna changed some of the song's lyrics, switching the words "All I see is dollar signs" to "All I see is Palestine." The site also notes that Rihanna "never once" used the word Israel on stage, only referring to the audience as "Tel Aviv."
It's unclear whether this was intentional on the part of the singer, or if she was simply unaware of the ongoing tensions in the region.
Rihanna's "Diamonds" tour continues in Punta Cana, San Juan and Bridgetown in the coming weeks.
